SoCal Hospice Care recognizes the unique challenges faced by patients with cardiac diseases such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Systolic Heart Failure, Diastolic Heart Failure, Heart Block, Cardiomyopathy, Pulmonary Embolism w/Cor Pulmonale, Ischemic Heart Disease, Coronary Atherosclerosis, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, and other severe heart conditions that meet hospice criteria. In response, we have developed a specialized end-of-life care program dedicated to providing tailored support for these individuals.
Our highly trained and knowledgeable team at SoCal Hospice possesses expertise in caring for patients with cardiac diseases.
